Our story
Saltbush Lane began with a simple frustration: beautiful, well-made clothing that genuinely fits and flatters is surprisingly hard to find. So much of what's out there is either cut for someone else entirely, or hides you away in shapeless fabric. We wanted something different. Pieces that feel as good as they look, designed to move with you and to last.
Named after the hardy native saltbush that quietly thrives across the Australian outback, our name is a small tribute to understated, resilient beauty. The kind that doesn't shout, but never goes unnoticed.

A note from Claire
When I started Saltbush Lane, I had one woman in mind: someone like me and so many of my friends. Full of life, sure of herself, and quietly tired of being overlooked by fashion. We're not invisible, and we shouldn't have to dress like we are.
So I set out to build the kind of shop I wished existed. Pieces that feel lovely to wear, that flatter the body you have today, and that don't cost a fortune. Every dress here is something I'd happily wear myself.
