A floor length dress with a high neckline, a small keyhole opening at the front and a lace trimmed placket running down the bodice. Short puff sleeves finish with a matching lace cuff. The waist is gathered into a wide sash that sits just under the bust, so the skirt falls loose and full from there rather than following the natural waistline.
The fabric is a polyester with a soft sheen. It is fluid and light to wear, and it catches the light rather than sitting matte.
